As well as continuously improving the technical performance of a wide range of specialist products for funeral directors, suppliers to the profession are also innovating to improve the user experience – be that the funeral director or the bereaved family themselves – and are working in close partnership with NAFD members to test potential solutions.

This month, Funeral Director Monthly talks to a number of suppliers that are bringing products to market that are not just fit for purpose on a technical level, but also provide a solution to a human need and are actively helping NAFD members to improve their service to clients.
